Our automated phone system, has got even better. Equipped with all the latest functions that let you perform common tasks quickly, without needing to speak to a customer service representative. To use this service, please have your Activata account number and security PIN handy before you dial.

Services available: order stocks of cards, void top-up and Compass phone card transactions, order copies of invoices, order copies of daily reports.

Order stocks of cards

  1. phone 0800 960 000 and select option 3 from the menu
  2. when prompted, enter your Activata account number and press #
  3. enter your 4 digit account PIN and press #
  4. press 1 to place a new order
  5. use the 3 digit product codes below to select the card brand you’d like to order and press #
  6. enter the required quantity of cards and press #. A minimum of 10 and a maximum of 100 cards can be ordered per brand
  7. press 1 and then repeat steps 5 and 6 to order another brand. To review and complete your order press 2.

Voiding mobile top-up and Compass phone card transactions

  1. phone 0800 960 000 and select option 2 from the menu
  2. when prompted, enter your Activata account number and press #
  3. enter your 4 digit account PIN and press #
  4. enter the transaction number and press #
  5. enter the last two digits of your terminal ID and press #
  6. wait while the transaction details are read back to you
  7. press 1 to confirm the details are correct
    Special notes: this service is only available for mobile phone top-ups and Compass phone cards. These transactions can only be voided before they appear on your invoice. All other phone cards, including Chi Tel cards, must be mailed back to Activata with the product return form for processing.

Order copies of invoices

  1. phone 0800 960 000 and select option 1 for ‘My Activata account’ from the menu
  2. when prompted, enter your Activata account number and press #
  3. enter your 4 digit account PIN and press #
  4. select 1 to receive invoices via email then, select
    1 to have your last invoice emailed to you
    2 for your last 4 invoices
    3 for your last 12 invoices
  5. the invoices you have requested will be emailed to the email address we have on file. If your email address is not on file, you’ll be transferred to an Activata customer care representative to add it.

Order daily reports

  1. phone 0800 960 000 and select option 1 for ‘My Activata account’ from the menu
  2. when prompted, enter your Activata account number and press #
  3. enter your 4 digit account PIN and press #
  4. select 2 to receive daily reports via email then select:
    1 for yesterday’s daily report,
    2 for this week’s daily reports
    3 for last week’s daily reports
    4 for this month’s daily reports
    5 for last month’s daily reports
  5. the daily reports you have requested will be emailed to the email address we have on file. If your email address is not on file, you’ll be transferred to an Activata customer care representative to add it.
